Quotes
Prices quoted before attendance are based on the vehicle details you give us. If the vehicle, key type or situation differs on arrival, we will re-quote before carrying out any work.
Proof of ownership
We will not carry out key or entry work without photo ID and evidence you are entitled to the vehicle (V5C, insurance, hire agreement or purchase paperwork). If this cannot be produced, we reserve the right to leave without carrying out work.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Deposits
Some bookings require a deposit to secure the technician and order parts or keys. Deposits are deducted from the final price on completion.
Cancellation
Tell us as soon as possible if you no longer need us. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel the job with less than 24 hours' notice, and a charge may apply if a technician has already travelled to the vehicle. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booked job are refunded in full.
Workmanship
Keys we supply and program are tested with you before we leave. Faults with parts we supplied should be reported to us promptly so we can inspect them.
Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, wear or damage to the vehicle, or for issues arising from parts supplied by others.
